We are pleased to announce that effective from the 1st of March, we’ll be upgrading to a state-of-the-art software management system. We've partnered with CO3 Technologies and will be utilising their BPO: Business Process Optimiser software. This business software allows us to track, optimise and automate everyday tasks. The result? Accurate and efficient tracking of resources interfaced with an unwavering commitment to our customer needs.
In addition, as part of our sustainability initiatives, we are transitioning to a PAPERLESS operation with all our technical support teams. With a dedicated app we are switching to a digital platform for all technical support documentation to ensure that we offer the greenest solutions.
